A powerful blend of breath work, repetitive movement, deep Yin and complete rest, allowing you to reach a complete state of stillness and connection that will leave you feeling relaxed & restored.
We’ll first move through a flowing Vinyasa style practice, uniting breath & movement with accessible repetitive movement to awaken the body, breath and energy - all creating heat, vibrancy and spaciousness physically and a sense of mental lightness, ease & clarity. The second half of the practice will be Yin Yoga, seated and supine postures held for 3-6 minutes each. A meditative style of Yoga designed to slow you down both physically and mentally, providing you space to let go of tension and cultivate a sense of softness and compassion for yourself and your practice.
